NOW Telecom Company Inc., the telecommunications affiliate of listed firm NOW Corp., said it would be filing a motion for reconsideration after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) junked its request to extend its authority to operate a nationwide mobile telecommunications system and declared its provisional authority "inoperative."
"NOW Telecom vehemently disagrees with the said NTC Order and will file a motion for reconsideration based on errors of law and fact and disregard of due process," its parent NOW Corp. said in a disclosure on Thursday.
