Former senator and agriculture secretary Kiko Pangilinan is prioritizing food security in his 2025 Senate bid, calling for a 'food revolution' to fight hunger, support farmers, and promote urban agriculture during a visit to Cebu on April 10. He also wants to convert idle public land into productive farms.
