MANILA, Philippines — Philippine Airlines flight PR102, bound for Los Angeles, was diverted and made an emergency landing to Haneda Airport after smoke was reported inside the aircraft cabin.
PAL management confirmed on Thursday that flight PR102, which took off from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Wednesday evening, had smoke coming from one of its two air conditioning units.
