A TECHNICAL working group composed of officials from the Department of Agriculture (DA), Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will collaborate in a long-term project to build resilience among Filipino farmers amid climate change.
The TWG was created through Special Order 550 that was signed by Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr.
