PHilMech gets bronze award from CSC

THE Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) based in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, was awarded the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze Award by the Civil Service Commission (CSC), recognizing its commitment to excellence in human resource management.

The PRIME-HRM aims to enhance HR practices within government agencies.
