DEPARTMENT of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah "Mina" Pangandaman welcomed the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) into the growing Dugtong Buhay Movement as the blood donation drive held its 18th installment in Bacolod City on April 7, 2025.
"Our Dugtong Buhay Movement is a great example of how collaboration can lead to meaningful and life-saving results," Pangandaman said.
