NAVAL, Biliran — The Department of Public Works and Highways Biliran District Engineering Office (DPWH-Biliran DEO) has began the road rehabilitation works along the Sitio Dapdap to Larrazabal route here.
The road is the key access point to important government centers and establishments in Naval, including the DPWH-Biliran DEO, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Education (DepEd), Civil Service Commission (CSC), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda), Biliran Provincial Police Office (BPPO) among others.
