METROPOLITAN Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Romando Artes on Friday said they have already acted on a fraudulent salary deduction scheme the agency discovered, which was perpetrated by several workers of the agency's payroll division.
Appropriate actions have already been undertaken, "including filing of cases" against the suspects, Artes said.
