MANILA Water Co. Inc. (Manila Water) said Friday that its subsidiary, Aqua Centro MWPV Corp., had terminated a joint venture agreement with Lambunao Water District in Iloilo.
In a disclosure, the water concessionaire said that the agreement for the construction, rehabilitation, operation, financing, expansion and management of the water supply of Lambunao was mutually ended by both parties effective April 1.
