MEGAWIDE Construction Corp. on Wednesday said that construction of Block 2 of the ongoing redevelopment of Cebu City's iconic Carbon Market would soon commence, with completion expected by the first quarter of next year.
The owner and developer of the project is Megawide unit Cebu2World Development Inc., which won a 50-year lease agreement with the local government of Cebu through a joint venture agreement.
