MANILA, Philippines — Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman George Erwin M. Garcia said senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and pregnant women will be allowed to vote between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. in all precincts on May 12.

Garcia said, however, that this was not required but a choice. Polling centers will still open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. The option given to the special groups was for them to avoid crowds and for convenience.
