MANILA, Philippines — The second batch of the Philippine Inter-Agency Humanitarian Contingent (PIAHC) left for earthquake-hit Myanmar on Wednesday to assist in recovery efforts.

The Philippine contingent has also been tasked to help the families of the four missing Filipinos that include a husband and wife, believed to be beneath the rubble of a collapsed residential apartment in Mandalay.
