The Department of Agriculture (DA) is considering the implementation of a maximum suggested retail price (MSRP) for garlic to prevent potential profiteering, said Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr.
However, the DA chief said that an MSRP on garlic will have to wait as the agency is currently focused on stabilizing the prices of rice and pork.
