POLICE operatives have arrested at least 214 suspects and fugitives, including two foreigners and persons engaged in illegal activities, in four days of manhunt operations, authorities said Monday.
Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) chief Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III said that the apprehensions were the result of intensified and focused operations nationwide.
