THE Tariff Commission has begun public hearings into dumping allegations against Thai gypsum board imports, which were provisionally slapped with a safeguard duty by the Department of Trade and Industry last November.
The investigation stems from a complaint by Knauf Gypsum Philippines that Thai manufacturers had targeted the Philippines to address an oversupply issue.
