LOANS granted by the Foreign Currency Deposit Units (FCDU) of banks grew slightly in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reported on Monday.
Outstanding FCDU loans totaled $15.82 billion as of end-December, up by 0.5 percent from $15.75 billion three months earlier, attributed to disbursements exceeding principal repayments.
