Japanese Ambassador Endo Kazuya witnessed the handover ceremony. This initiative aims to support electoral inclusion and digitalization for the upcoming first regular elections for the Bangsamoro Parliament in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in May 2025.
