THE Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Hann Philippines Inc. (HPI), through the Hann Foundation Inc. (HFI), recently signed an agreement to develop a P5-million multipurpose pavilion within New Clark City, Tarlac.
The partnership seeks to promote cultural conservation, sustainable agriculture, and economic empowerment for local Ayta communities.
