BUDGET Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Friday said the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) recognized that there were other challenges that need to be addressed to ensure the effective implementation of programs and projects of the government.
Speaking at the 3rd General Membership Meeting of the Financial Executives of the Philippines in Shangri-La Makati, Pangandaman said the DBM was implementing several digitalization and procurement reforms to improve government spending.
