CONCEPCION, Tarlac — A newly constructed government center in Barangay Alfonso in this town which will serve as the new municipal hall and house other government offices was inaugurated on Thursday.
Gov. Susan Yap and Concepcion Mayor Noel Villanueva graced the inauguration attended by Representatives Noel Rivera (third district) and Christian Yap (second district), and members of the League of Municipalities headed by Moncada Mayor Estelita Aquino.
