SOUTHERN Police District (SPD) authorities arrested last Thursday two foreigners for illegal possession of firearms and explosives, and violation of the Comelec ban.
The operation conducted at Muntinlupa City, resulted in the arrest of alias "Sorawit," 32, male, and alias "Nakorn," 38, male, both Thais residing in Bacoor, Cavite.
