Housing prices rebound in Q4 2024

RESIDENTIAL real estate prices rose by 6.7 percent in the fourth quarter, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reported on Friday, rebounding from a 2.3-percent drop three months earlier.

Quarter on quarter, house prices also recovered, growing by 5.3 percent after dropping by 1.6 percent in the third quarter of last year.
