SSI Group, Inc. (SSG) on Friday said that wholly-owned subsidiary Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI) would be buying Rustan Marketing Corp. (RMK) for P232.08 million.
In a disclosure, SSG said the acquisition would allow it to become a listed multi-channel distributor of premier brands in the Philippines, expanding its network to more than 1,300 wholesale and retail outlets.
