ILOILO CITY — Sen. Joel Villanueva announced that the Senate will investigate the Department of Health (DOH) regarding the expiration of P11.18 billion worth of medical supplies in 2023.

Villanueva said he filed Senate Resolution 1326 seeking an investigation after the Commission on Audit (COA) flagged the Health department for the massive wastage of medicines, medical supplies, and Covid-19 vaccines.
