AUSTRIAN Ambassador Johann Brieger discussed culture, the arts and bilateral relations with the Philippines at the ninth edition of the University of Santo Tomas' Ambassadors Lecture Series (ALS) held recently at the Dr. Robert Sy Grand Ballroom.
