PHILIPPINE National Bank (PNB) on Wednesday said that former Unionbank executive Edwin Bautista would be its new president and CEO starting April 29.
In a disclosure, PNB said Bautista would replace Florido Casuela, who had decided "to take a less active role in the bank and focus on personal businesses."
