CONSUNJI-LED engineering conglomerate DMCI Holdings Inc. has declared regular and special cash dividends of around P8 billion.
In a disclosure on Tuesday, the company said its board had approved the declaration of P0.35 and P0.25 in regular and special dividends per share, to be drawn from unappropriated retained earnings as of March 24.
