AYALALAND Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), the industrial real estate arm of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), said Tuesday that it had purchased two facilities from 3M Properties, expanding its reach to key regional hubs.
"This acquisition is a significant step in our ongoing effort to expand ALLHC's logistics footprint across the country," ALLHC President and CEO Robert Lao said.
