THE World Health Organization (WHO) on Monday called for urgent investment and action to meet the goal of ending tuberculosis by 2035 on World Tuberculosis (TB) Day.
The agency said the appeal is especially critical in the Western Pacific region, where nearly one in five TB cases worldwide occurs.
