CEBU CITY — Whether or not former mayor Michael Rama received a copy of his dismissal order is irrelevant.
The Office of the Ombudsman has cited this in its ruling dismissing a complaint filed against Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia over the termination of a co-terminus employee.
