MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Super Health Center in Sampaloc on March 24, a major step toward strengthening the city's healthcare system.
The facility, with a budget of P50 million, will be the first health center to be equipped with a CT scan machine.
