MANILA's 3rd District Rep. Joel Chua said Saturday that the communities in the Quiapo and Binondo districts were rejoicing when they heard the news that Pope Francis' health is improving. The pontiff, who has been confined in a hospital, is now reportedly sleeping well, bringing hope and comfort to Catholics worldwide.
"As Congressman of Manila's Third District, where the Quiapo, San Sebastian and Binondo Churches are located — my constituents and I are joyful that Pope Francis is no longer limited to his hospital bed and has been sleeping well," said Chua.
