Drug war victims asked to submit views and concerns in Duterte case

(UPDATE) VICTIMS of former president Rodrigo Duterte's war on drugs are encouraged to submit their views and concerns in the International Criminal Court (ICC) case against him.

In a statement on her X platform on Saturday, the court's assistant to counsel Kristina Conti, said this 'peculiar feature' of the ICC protects victims' interests.
