THE Department of Agriculture (DA) and the National Housing Authority have signed a memorandum of understanding to open Kadiwa ng Pangulo food stores in NHA's housing communities.
The Kadiwa stores will help create a strong food supply chain to benefit vulnerable and low-income communities.
