Sen. Francis Tolentino says on March 21, 2025 that he is willing to provide personal legal advice to Sen. Ronald dela Rosa should an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) be issued against him. In 2023, Tolentino said he would stand as legal counsel for his former partymate in the ICC investigation into the Duterte administration's war on drugs in which Dela Rosa played a key role as the former leader's enforcer, being the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
