The Quezon City team paid a courtesy visit to Games and Amusements Board (GAB) chairman Francisco Rivera on Friday, ahead of the opening of the fifth season of the Professional Chess Association of the Philippines (PCAP) on Saturday.
National Master and United States chess master Almario Marlon Bernardino Jr., International Master Jose Efren Bagamasbad and team manager Allan Anthony Alvarez went to the GAB office in Makati City to secure licenses for the professional chess league.
