ILOILO CITY — Members of the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-Elcac) condemned the proposal of a lawmaker to dismantle the task force that addressed the root causes of communist insurgency in the country.
RTF-Elcac 6 spokesman Flosemer Chris Gonzales said the call to abolish NTF-Elcac is "a betrayal of the Constitution and the Filipino people."
