BONGABONG, Oriental Mindoro — Thousands of Mindoro people took time out from busy work on Wednesday, March 19, to join the annual Sulyog Festival held annually in Bongabong in celebration of the town's agricultural heritage and commemoration of the town's patron saint, Saint Joseph.
The festival put on spotlight the agricultural produce of the town's farmers in utter show of the people's gratitude for a fruitful harvest and blessings received all year round in Bongabong.
