Marcos won't ask solicitor general to resign — Palace

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will not be asking for the resignation of Menardo Guevarra as solicitor general, Malacañang said on Thursday.

'I asked the President and his reply was 'I will not ask him to resign,'' Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary Claire Castro said in Filipino at a briefing.
