(UPDATE) AUTHORITIES on Wednesday arrested six foreigners and two Filipinos suspected of setting up an espionage base at a former United States gunnery training range in Grande Island, Subic, Zambales.
Defense Assistant Secretary Arsenio Andolong said a team from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the National Bureau of Investigation and the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) made the arrest.
