CEBU CITY — The burglar who wore nothing but a black underwear and a face mask when he sneaked into a Korean's home in Barangay Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City, and walked away with a vault over his shoulder, was arrested at the Toledo City port on March 15.
The police identified the suspect as Bryan Cansancio Magnanao, who was nabbed as he attempted to flee to his hometown in Calatrava, Negros Occidental, a week after he broke into the Korean's house and walked out like he owned the place.
