ILOILO CITY — The local government here has formally elevated its concerns over the delayed projects under the Iloilo City District Engineering Office (Icdeo) to the Department of Public Works and Highways, urging Secretary Manuel Bonoan to launch an investigation.
Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas, in a letter dated March 13, requested Bonoan to look into the reasons behind the unfinished projects under Icdeo's jurisdiction.
