THE Southern Police District (SPD) said that it had the lowest number of index crimes in the National Capital Region from March 8 to 14.

The SPD recorded seven index crimes, including three bodily harm cases, two robbery cases, one theft case, one kidnapping case and one murder case that have been resolved.
