MANILA, Philippines — The Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro has denied reports of holding a 'special Mass' for former president Rodrigo Duterte at the Saint Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral in Cagayan de Oro City.
In a statement on Wednesday, Archbishop Jose Cabantan clarified that the Mass at 5:30 p.m. Thursday is not intended for a specific individual and is open to all.
