LATEST changes to the government's pipeline of public-private partnership (PPP) projects saw their aggregate value rise to P2.6 trillion from P2.47 trillion three months ago even as the actual tally stayed at 176.
Eight projects were added to the pipeline while six were delisted, data from the PPP Center showed. Two, meanwhile, moved into the implementation phase.
