LISTED developer Primex Corp.'s subsidiary Primex Realty Corp. has signed a hotel management agreement with hotel and property developer Dusit International.
"We are excited to partner with Dusit International, a company that shares our dedication to excellence in hospitality," Primex Executive Vice President Karlvin Ernest Ang said in a statement.
