MANILA, Philippines — Former executive secretary Salvador Medialdea was rushed to the Hospital from the detention facility of the International Criminal Court (ICC) where former president Rodrigo Duterte is detained.
Sen. Robin Padilla was with Meldialdea inside the ambulance going to the hospital.
