Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rexlon 'Rex' Gatchalian, in partnership with Globe Telecom, GCash, and G-Xchange, Inc, gave mobile phone units to 50 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries from Navotas and Malabon in northern Metro Manila on Tuesday.

The mobile phone distribution, held at the Navotas Sports Complex, falls under the 4Ps' 'e-Panalo ang Kinabukasan' initiative, which promotes digital financial literacy among beneficiaries, particularly those in remote areas, by teaching them to use digital tools for financial management.
