CAMP BGEN. VICENTE P. LIM, Calamba City — BGen. Paul Kenneth Lucas, regional director of PRO-Calabarzon (PRO-4A), has been recognized with the esteemed Gawad Dakilang Lakan Award as the Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for operations.
The award was handed down to Lucas during the 45th Grand Alumni Homecoming of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) at Camp General Mariano Castañeda in Silang, Cavite, on Saturday.
