LEGAZPI CITY — The Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO-5) on Saturday arrested a high-value drug suspect who yielded P2.7 million worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation in Baao, Camarines Sur.
In a statement, PRO-5 director BGen. Andre Dizon identified the suspect as alias 'Edward,' a resident of the area.
